Hahaha, NY Daily News headline, Bury trump in a landslide, restore u.s. honor with giant defeat of the fear mongering demagogue. Well if that isn’t the cat calling the kettle black then what is?

Fear mongering and demagoguery is the entire basis of Halloween myths about about sexually convicted people and the registries. Man, you really have to hand it to these people, they have one eye on slavery and the other on money.

What a country, it’s so full of hypocrisy, it’s overflowing. Lol

The ironic part of Halloween

Is I’m in more danger from your teen

For that’s the night when hoodlums roam

And do the damage to my home

And of course there’s news stories—all for safety

Add a link for those who hate me.

And the part that’s more ironic still,

Is on this night more kids get killed:

Kids run in the road, and cars don’t stop,

While I’m home in the dark, awaiting the cop

This check-ing up PR police work they do

Is preventing them all from pro-tecting you

But what does it matter then? What’s the point any-way?

The people all want it, and so it will stay.

And the most tragic Halloween crime is somethin’

You applaud: that my kids may not carve a pumpkin.

No outside décor, no parties, no friends

For their sake more than mine, I hope that this ends!

(From 2000′ From a Nursery Ryhme by Steve Kim)

Is it my imagination or has there not been the normal level of Halloween fear mongering this year? Are media sources finally starting to realize that looking like idiots is not worth picking up extra readers? I really do wonder if the intelligent people in the U.S. are starting to say that we are not going to cater any longer to the vast majority of people in the U.S. who are knuckle draggers.

Personally, I’ve always liked the Halloween stories because they so clearly show the pure through and through stupidity of the “sex offender” witch hunt. The S*x Offender Registries (SORs) themselves are pure stupidity and I think anything that makes the un-Americans who support them look like the fools they are, is a great thing.

I would recommend that any families that are listed on an SOR leave their homes on Halloween and go run around somewhere where they will be completely anonymous. That is trivial to do of course.

The county in which I live is $200mil in debt and every minute growing. Quite a few big politicians under a arrest for corruption. County has No money for police or probation overtime. I think the probation dept put the word out to the news (which they dictate to), to tone it down a bit this year. If the news played it up, The public would demand patrol cars at every registered’s house, apartment & nursing home. That & the fact that a car ran over a group of trick or treaters in NY last year was “the” Halloween news headline. How disgusting that I have to compare.

Is there any chance that these calls could be more of a lecture format than a question-and-answer format? I think it’s great that people get a chance to call in, but the call ends up turning into a lot of dead time, anecdotal accounts, Chance telling people to check the website on their own and consult a lawyer for more info, and Janice reminding people that they’re being recorded. Not that any of these things are bad, but I really think that 30 mins of Janice and Chance talking is going to be better than 90mins of people calling in.

Just my two cents.

I personally do not like Halloween and never did. I avoid any participation in it. My wife gives out candy, if someone comes to the door. This year, my wife will not be home and I will put sign in my drive-way stating, ‘We Do NOT Participate in Halloween’.

Well Halloween is almost here. The local news junky site put up a local sex offender map today, guess theyre so concerned, lol. You have kids beating up local grandfather’s but they so care about the children. So sick of these crusaders of hate. I hope they all get in accidents and are paralyzed. Happy Halloween.i hate them too.

Ugh…I keep missing the beginning of the conference calls…can anyone tell me how to call in to ask a question? I manage to listen but would like to ask a question.

My phone system will not allow me to call this number. Oh well, I tried.

Will the “Halloween” recording be available sooner than the time it took “domestic travel”?

For those of us that missed today’s con call, there’s less than 5 days left to hear the recording and plan accordingly, like for RSOs that work until the dusk.
