ACSOL Board Selects Janice Bellucci as Executive Director; Elects Chance Oberstein as President

The board of directors for the Alliance for Constitutional Sex Offense Laws (ACSOL) has selected Janice Bellucci to serve as its first Executive Director. The ACSOL board of directors subsequently elected Chance Oberstein to replace Bellucci as President.

“I am honored to serve as the first Executive Director of ACSOL,” stated Bellucci. “In that capacity, I will be responsible for conducting the day-to-day business of the organization including advocacy in the State Capitol.”

Prior to his election as President of ACSOL, Oberstein served as Vice President of the organization for four years. Mr. Oberstein is a criminal defense attorney who began his career as an intern at the Yolo County District Attorney’s Office and then later as a Los Angele County Public Defender. Before opening his law firm in Orange County, Mr. Oberstein was employed by the Law Offices of Brian A. Newman as an associate attorney handling complex state and federal criminal cases.

Congrats to both Janice and Chance!

You are the horsepower that is changing the landscape for not only RCs and families, but victims and providing real protection for children, as well.

Thank you for your service!

You both are pioneers against what has become the greatest misunderstanding in laws of protection to society in history.

Harry, you are so right! Thanks be to Janice AND Chance, thank you A4CSOL Board.
