Can the Judge who signed off on the warrant be held liable too?

    • American Detained in America

Better yet, the judge AND all the officers involved as well as the DA’s office…all should be charged with CP or at least as accomplices in the production of CP!

      • C

Amen. And I hope the “now deceased” cop spearheading the investigation died of “lead poisoning.”
My God, this story is heart wrenching and it is absolutely unfathomable to me that the SOBs within law enforcement and DA’s office would be complicit in such a gross, despicable miscarriage of justice against this poor kid. Every single person involved should be charged with a criminal offense, whatever that might be and, at the very least, lose their jobs and be forbidden from any position of authority involving children, or adutls, for that matter, for life.

    • Michael

The VA Supreme Court should be looking at a public censure at the very least. Personally, I think he should lose his license.

      ….

And they call us the sick people, wtf is the sht, they should be charged, they should by put on a pedestal sense their the ones who enforce law.

    • Agamemnon

Apperently the prosecutor was later investigated for paedophilia and killed himself before facing charges. It seems to me that he was exploiting the opportunity of the teen’s investigation to force the teen to perform a sexual act under the ruse of “collecting evidence.” Abhorrent.

      • Happy, joyous and free

Not the prosecutor, but the detective killed himself. I used to live in that neck of the woods and knew the prosecutor in that case. I never thought the prosecutor would stoop so low.

I wondering if Janice and her team could help this gentleman destroy state in court?

  4. KM

Wtf did I just read? That has to be fake news.

    • Robert

Not fake news, I remember this case about two years ago. I was amazed that a judge would sign a warrant and other LE officers involved. Very, very broken system…

  5. Agamemnon

So a child being prosecuted as a sex criminal for texting is sexually victimized by the investigation? Tell me again how these laws protect our children?!

Charged in CP, HA!!! They should all be prosecuted for sexual assault on a minor and have the book thrown at them. That is absolutely insane that they could get away with that. There is no statute of limitations on it so I might even file a complaint in court demanding those involved be charged with sexual assault of a minor as well as CP, and no telling what else. I’m sure I could think of more charges but those two are solid convictions. These people need to start being held liable and the only way that is going is if the people start accessing the courts and making it happen…………………………………………………………..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am going to research this more because am pretty sure a civilian or citizen can prosecute or demand prosecutions. We have to start using their own tools, that were originally our tools, against their asssssessss and take back “OUR” country…..This is a sickening and grotesque miscarriage of justice and societal norms….They all need to go to jail if not prison just like the rest of us peasants would. Whenever these government officials are acting outside of their constitutional authority they are no longer immune from liability or prosecution. I just seen tonight that cop that shot that kid in the back and was acquitted of murder and all charges but somehow, I have to look into it more, was just sent to 20 years in prison for violating the dudes constitutional rights. That’s how it’s supposed to work… .

Hey, at least we are seeing the politicians turn to attacking each other and ruining their careers like they have been doing to us for years. I am seeing real hope change is a coming…

  8. Stephen

The story is true. I remember it, people were laughing at the police Department.

  9. Alienated

This is a very disturbing case and I do not know what is worse the warrants or the act but we have some “F”ed” up people with power who are WRONG.

Amazing what the judiciary thinks of this. The entire investigation legal team doing this should be sued
