Good! It is unfair and should be illegal for the government to deny a tax paying citizen a service that is going to all other citizens freely.
That is an outrage and should clearly be illegal. If it had been done to ANY OTHER GROUP except us pervert sex offenders it would be already be deemed illegal!
Good for them! The more of us who are willing put ourselves out there in lawsuits against these sort of injustices them more we can make the point that logic is nearly never used in these laws and that it is all emotion and manipulation of the public.
I concur. I lost a professional license as a result of this. I later found out that I was sanctioned by Medicare because of this? I had no idea. Losing my license had nothing to do with my ability to practice, but rather a result of my conviction that has so long ago been dismissed. Well, I later landed the most amazing job with a very large HMO (nothing to do with practicing healthcare) and fired two weeks later after quitting my other job and passing a background check? If you are a medical professional and lose your license, you are hereby sanctioned via medicare. THis Dr now has his license back?
