And so we just want some parity brought into our field,” said Andrew Maracco, FASNY lobbyist. Hundreds of firefighters and emergency responders are pushing legislation to do it this year. If a sex offender is good enough to pay taxes, then he is good enough to volunteer for public service such as volunteer fire fighter. If you don’t allow him to volunteer then stop collecting taxes from him. May I be blunt?—I for one would be happy to sign up for a deal like that.

The public employees there are then saying as well….dui’ s are welcome…..kidnappers are welcome ….assaults welcome aboard ….robbers welcome….domestic violence come on down….thieves welcome to help with safety …..public employees make really wrong and reckless decisions …..this is another and its public funded.

Let the damn city burn down then! You can’t smoke, eat fries, drink large sodas in NY City, so if there’s a fire, let it rival the great Chicago fire. Dumb Donkeys, don’t know their **** from a fire hose.

Frankly, if I were trapped in a burning building I would be delighted to be rescued by any heroic ex- SO! I also would be grateful if he saved my home…

Thank you KathieG. I would be honored to not only save you and your family, but RISK MY LIFE to save your pets and anything else with a heart beat! I don’t know if this is a career I can pursue but pray to God it is. I feel this is a true calling of mine, and hope one mistake won’t stop me. Even if it does, thanks for your support!
