FL: Village becomes refuge for sex offenders

Pahokee (United States) (AFP) – Deep in the swamps of southern Florida, Miracle Village lies miles away from the nearest town, surrounded by sugar cane fields. Nearby, the irrigation canals are swarming with alligators.

While the name suggests an idyllic rural getaway, the former plantation near Pahokee now is almost exclusively home to men who spent time in prison for sex crimes. Full Article

Isn’t this nice. A registrant’s ghetto just like the Jewish ghettos throughout Europe until the 19th Century and then revived in the mid-20th Century for a few years.

This is old news. This place has been around for a while, and the oppressors love it. It’s created jobs, because there has to be a cop there all the time to monitor these evil individuals and it makes them look like they are actually doing something useful; for once.
