“The move effectively put Rodrick in the position of defending himself in his own case.”

Adam, If your reading this I just want to say congratulations to you and your mother. We exchanged emails briefly last year; I was using my real name and not my screen name Q. I sent you an email, so you’ll know who I am. Now perhaps you can start putting your life back together and pick up where you left off. God bless.

      • Jason Wilson

I will relay this message directly to Adam. I know him pretty well, he’s been someone I’ve supported through this whole mess.

        • Q

Not necessary He already got it earlier today. But Thanks.

It’s not over for Chuck and his businesses. I’ve been monitoring what i can from a distance..

It’s almost looking like he was ready for this. I’m not sure what to say other than, beware .. he’s not going to play nice. He put up his dunebuggy.com domain for sale. From my experience, this domain name may be worth over $1 million.

Yet the sites remain active and I did not read anything about a requirement they be disabled. The judgment is great, but I’d like to see a 404 error when I hit those domains. Likewise I’d like anything similar dumped, as well.

The judgement against companies who misuse this data should require that they post a notice on their web site that they have been sanctioned accordingly. Then we can have a warning about their “predatory” behavior.

They should also be required to donate to a victims fund as well as pay for educational outreach and community service notices about the impact of their behavior on innocent family members of registrants.

This is essentially cyber bullying and it should be added to whatever specific findings of the court.
