MA: Quincy councilors upset sex offender was employed by city’s trash hauler

A registered sex offender worked for almost a year for the company that collects residential trash in Quincy, violating terms of the city’s $3.5 million contract with the Boston-based hauler, Sunrise Scavenger, said Ward 4 City Councilor Brian Palmucci.

Palmucci called the breach a public safety issue, a concern echoed by Ward 6 City Councilor Brian McNamee, who wants city leaders to prevent it from happening again. Full Article

It breached public safty? They are so full of crap there breath stinks. A sex offender can’t be trusted to pick up trash? Come on people get a damm clue here.

How dare that man have a job!

What a bunch of bologne! He’s hauling trash; not babysitting!

How strange. I picked up trash for 15 years. Paid well, but one of the most looked down upon professions, even if society would be buried in its own filth without the trash haulers. No, I doubt trash collection is an easy access to take advantage of children. They have to move fast from one can to the next, and few people trust them anyway. No the true threat to children remains with those who haven’t been caught, with those in positions of status, where people don’t expect abuse to happen, and will trust their children with them, even if sometimes things seem a little odd (clegy, coaches, wealthy individuals, apparently upstanding family members.) People can reduce harm to other people all around if they learn how to tell the difference between appearances and detached observation, between blame and prudence. It’s not easy. Laws are easy, solutions are not.

Anyone who is a professional politician is a parasite who makes a living sucking the blood of society. They are lower than any sex offender and certainly more evil.

Their purpose it manipulate masses of people for their own gain. They are actually repugnant and soulless so why would they can about hurting anyone?

They make a living out of telling the ignorant masses what they want to hear to keep them in check and keep their jobs.

“This is a very serious issue – sex offenders in the city. It’s more serious than the DPW budget,” he said.

Actually, this is not really an issue at all, unless you’re running for reelection, and need some boogeyman that you can attack just so you can show the ignorant voters that “you’re doing something”.
