WASHINGTON (ABC7) — “HI, my name is Ann Kenny, I am a single mother of three daughters from St. Mary’s County,” says Annie Kenny in front of the Maryland Senate Judicial Proceedings Committee.

As always, the concerned mothers have a fear and must write in. What about the registered citizens family? I bet she is head of the PTA

Sorry, who is this woman? What’s been her past experience with crimes? This article only has her come off as paranoid and delusional and getting lobbying funds to back her up.

Too bad she doesnt know supervision doesnt equate to safety. The lawmakers in MD are eating this up. If somehow this passes it wont hold up in court.

Here we go again-
Throwing around the medical diagnosis of pedophile. Was her husband truly diagnosed as a pedophile or is that her own wording?
Sorry she’s dealing with sexual abuse in her family, but she needs to remember, her personal story isn’t the same story as everyone else’s. Everyone on the registry is different.
Once again we have someone lumping all registrants under the “sex offender” label, trying to find a way to keep all of them under supervision forever, because she’s had a bad experience within her personal family.
Lady, your story isn’t my story, don’t try to sway your lawmakers with the cutesy “Hi, my name is and I’m a single mother and I have 3 daughters and oh we need to protect all the precious children from the horrible sex offenders of the world.”
Educate yourself first. It’s people like you that are causing the continued problems for registrants who are minding their own business and just want to get on with their lives.
Sorry, but I have to say it, stick your petition where the sun don’t shine!.

I won’t post the individual’s email here, but if anyone wants to educate this mother on more effective ways at prevention of sexual abuse, you can find her email address in her online petition. Perhaps she might listen to reason.

So what is the impact of her singular voice compared to thousands of our voices if we all choose to speak out together? I’m so sick of watching one individual dictate the fates of many simply because people let her.

Obviously we need to push a new axiom:

“The Good of the many outweigh the good of the few…or the one.”

*Bill doing his Vulcan hand sign*

Arrrrgggh…

I meant to say:

“The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few, or the one.”

Oh no a Mom doesn’t like something throw the constitution in the garbage like you always do for the Mom’s.

MADD = mothers against drunk driving = They can force people to take pills that damage their liver and kill some. Convicted DUI people have many similarities to RSO’s

Child support laws are not fair to Men

Stalking laws are geared only to ensnare men

All other crimes require evidence except sexual crimes in some states only a “victims” word is needed

RSO = The moms are the ones getting all the laws changed regardless of constitutional compliance

Emotion is supposed to be the last thing used to determine laws. this has to stop!

“I am a single mother of three…”
Nuff said.

So you’re a mother of three daughters?? Congratulations, you managed – 3 times! – a basic biological function of reproduction. Somehow the ability to complete a basic biological function provides automatic & unquestioned justification to take away other people’s rights?? As a parent, it is her responsibility to teach her children how to be safe and take care of themselves, not put that burden on government to do her parenting for her! She and her daughters are far more likely to be mugged or assaulted or raped by someone NOT on the Registry than by someone who is listed on the Registry.
