This is totally insane! I think federal case law is screwed up; BIG TIME! The Norfolk grand jury found the images lewd, so why aren’t they going after Nat-Geo?

The Calif Penal code does not state nudity itself is obscene. But our courts always says all nudity is obscene. If CA wants all nudity to be deemed obscene the penal code should state that.
