If he lived in the home before the law was passed, he should have died before leaving. However if he moved there after the banishment law was illegally passed, then I guess he has to go. Sad, but that’s America in 2016, banishment is legal until challenged.
Damm! Dude gets kicked out of his apartment or pay $1,000 a day fine. Lookin at how they roll in some of these other states, living as a sex offender in California ain’t so bad.
