Yep, their civil rights which are the same ones guaranteed to you even after you have done your time and paid your debt to society, if and when you should commit a crime. Their rights are no less or more than yours Mr and Mrs Politician. Learn the facts, see the data and understand it from a level head, not an emotional mind. Your children are not more safe in the arms of a parent or someone else they know since those are the very people (~90-95% study dependent) who will commit the crime against the children.
