A new scarlet letter for harassment charges (Editorial)

In an effort to encourage a more equitable system of justice in this country — something to which any number of legislators, unprincipled prosecutors and judges seem opposed — I believe it would be in our best interest to treat all those charged with sexual harassment and sexual misconduct the same way we treat all sex offenders. The first half of that had me going and a bit pissed off. Took me a bit to realize the sarcasm. Good article if people will take the time to read to the end

Yeah, as I was reading it, I was thinking…this has GOT to be sarcasm, but then I had an inkling of doubt because it’s Florida. My original feeling was confirmed about midway through. Good article.

He could have been a bit more obvious by naming it the “Sexual Harassment and Misconduct Registry,” or SHaMR (long A, for effect).

If politicians and celebrities started feeling the pinch then things would change, the registry would disappear, that is what he is saying.

I actually wish they would be added to the registry. It would bloat the registry tremendously to where it’s obvious to the general public that it’s not effective, and with who have the money and motivation to help us get this thing abolished!

Noon the rid party…put em up on the Fed sister! Let All that visit the site…and the media will run with the infamous peeps on there!
Why not, we are…decades later. Test them unfairly mark them for Life just like I’LL!
Thanks Obama for being an Attorney and NOT considering the implications NOR READ ALL the details in the bill you signed before leaving
