How to Get a Sex Offender Out of Your Neighborhood

Source: truthfinder.com 9/14/22

One where they don’t have to be concerned when their children go to play outside. But it’s hard to know who all your neighbors are. You may be inclined to background check your neighbors. You never know, there might be individuals with a criminal history on the block, including people who commit sexual assault and other sex crimes. Many parents can’t help asking themselves, “What do I do if I live next to a sex offender?”

One thing you do is worry. Another is to constantly keep an eye on your young ones as part of a family safety plan. But a better idea might be to do something more permanent: find a way how to get a sex offender out of your neighborhood. Here are three ways you might be able to do just that, along with six frequently asked questions about neighborhoods and sex offenders.

1. Build a Community Park
There’s been a push in much of the country to build parks, even small ones, to force sex offenders to move somewhere else. Can sex offenders live close to a park? The answer is, it depends. Some states have laws prohibiting offenders from living within 1,000 or 2,000 feet of a park, and other states have ruled such blanket prohibitions unconstitutional, although courts can still restrict individual offenders on a case-by-case basis.

Can you imagine being so afraid of living near someone you open and run a whole a$& daycare business as described in this article just to get them to move away, includijg applying for loans, employees, etc?

Honestly if someone built a park next to my house that required me to move, I’d thank them for increasing the value of my house on their own dime and sell it. Maybe I just found an easy way to flip homes? Buy a home in a family neighborhood, campaign for them to build a park on their own dime, then sell your house for even more!

Really? Truth Finder? How about finding out the truths about those NOT on any registry? Build a park or day care to make PFRs move? Sure, go ahead and open up their places so a drug dealer and murderer can move in. All while the PFR has to find another place to live and be a “danger” to the new neighbors in a different area. Way to be selfish and stupid. If it just saves one child? No, if it saves YOUR child, because there will be children where the PFR will move to, but I guess those children don’t matter. What a bunch of morons. Can nobody think things through logically anymore? What really IS in our water to make so many people even more stupid than they already are.

of course!!! sign up for a paid Truthfinder account to get more info. Screw these asshats.

So a junk article that’s peddling its own service.

well # 1 and # 2 doesnt work here in CA so good luck..GARBAGEFINDER !!

Janice I think this offender issue is getting to be like a soap opera. I’m sure many tuned into “All my children”As the world turns, Edge of Night even Dark shadows, etc. So what else is new. Oh thats right its all about computerized Sex, video’s and other issues… Living together, Girl meets boy or boy meets boy’ or man meets child, or a thought encounter as in you thought.. throw in a little mixture of sex to entice or wet one’s desires, a government set-up and one has their own soap opera with governmental quality control I’m sure. Thats your Ministers of Justice today.

Now women usually watch soap opera’s. Men don’t usually watch cheesy crap like that as its all fictitious but it does give someone a job. Why would one want to get rid of an offender. I even liked all in the family. Even TV today is getting a bit plastic.

Course this sex offender government will play it as its money resorces, property and beneficial for those that ambush and weaken others into this label. I mean who wouldn’t love to confiscate others property. If thats the government than I think its time to take a look at the Constitution and bring truth back into the courtrooms.

In other words your either with the program or not and from many comments on here seems like a lot of angry souls bite the dust and want to stamp out all of this confidence game of a soap opera.. Even the devil gives warning and if you listen to the text conversation you can pick up whats going on. I was even on the phone with the person that set me up. And yes we all look forward to brighter days. We still have to wonder who’s offending or who ask them to talk dirty to them.

If you don’t own a home ur tracked down by LE and arrested for FTR and if you own a home, you gotta worry about being harassed by a mob of Karen’s or somebody building a part or calling their house a daycare and you’re forced to move.
Last time I did my annual registration there was a guy there who told me somebody in his neighborhood keeps posting pictures of his mugshot with the word sex offender on it, all through out his neighborhood said him and is wife and her friend wake up every morning at 4:00am before work and see if any flyers of him have been posted said it’s been going on for three years and he still doesn’t know who’s doing it.
I told him it’s gotta be multiple people, he said “the scary part is everyone knows who I am and I don’t know who anyone is or what there capable of “
He’s right, that is scary az Hell

… from the same operators of Instant Checkmate. I wouldn’t be surprised if our friend chucky boy and dirty wannabe legal beagle oesterballs is connected to these companies in some way. They are using our names, faces and other information for commercial gain and financial profit while simultaneously promoting vigilantism despite their disclaimer not to participate in vigilantism.

This is pure filth. I am disgusted that this is even published, much less read. This just instructs people on how to banish us from their neighborhood. Being subject to banishment based on the decrees of the locals is punishment.

This is full mask off. Pretty sure they’re using the registry for more than information at this point.

Why would ASCOL even post an article like this? More than likely there are people who come to this site who hate us and you’re giving them ammunition to use against us.
Take it down!!

This publication is amazing evidence for ACSOL to show how the registry is being used as deterrence and retribution.

Yes, the article is despicable, but it is evidence on how to “ostracize” a set of people that when taken to an extreme that every city, town, and village applies this ostracization, then it is condoning banishment.

Thank goodness, Janice proved this was unconstitutional in California pursuant to re:Taylor case. And Janice can use this publication to expose deterrence and retribution being pushed for profit.

Sunlight is the greatest disinfectant!

All this article is is a scare tactic developed by TruthFinder to dirty the waters of the actual facts so more people sign up and spend money to line their pockets.
What a crock!! Unfortunately people that don’t know the facts fall for this easily. Many parents think that if they keep their kids away from registrants their kids will be safe – end of story.

This is an insane “article.” Reminds me of when I started to register many years back, there were very few people labeled, by the “courts,” as “Registered Sex Offenders.” Many years later, one can go on the Megan’s Law website to see blue dots EVERYWHERE. Back in the early 2000’s, there were about a dozen “sex offenders” in the small city that I live in. Now, there are almost 1,000 sex offenders within a few miles radius!! (I’m sure there are many not even listed because they aren’t required to be published by law.)

Just within a few miles radius in my local subdivision, a middle to upper-middle class neighborhood, there are about 30 or so sex offenders. If you want to see crazy, as what I was shown on the website, checkout the amount of sex offenders in Downtown Los Angeles. Thousands!!

It’s mostly sad that there are about one million Sex Offenders in the United States of America (~100,000 of which reside in California). But it is also somewhat humorous, in a dark, ironic twist, that the so-called “government,” it’s politicians, “judges,” and “law enforcement,” have created a broken country in which a child is more likely to have to register as a sex offender, than to be victimized by one.

Many decades from now, when the sex offender population hits three million plus, let’s remember the names of the Shithole “journalists,” politicians, judges, and law enforcement that created a country of Registered Sex Offenders.

It’s already bad enough that the United States has a prison population much larger than China, Russia, and North Korea. And that over 100 million Americans have a criminal record more severe than traffic infractions.

They say the average age of an empire is 250 years before its collapse. America hits that mark in four years.

It’s really quite sad that our “leaders” have failed so many people, so miserably.

Quite frankly, if someone goes through all the hoops of opening a park, or daycare, just to banish a “sex offender,” might as well move out just to show appreciation for the effort, LOL.

Society is to the shits.

Wait until these same “caring” and “well-meaning” people’s children, family members, and/or themselves are labeled by the “courts” as “Registered Sex Offenders.” I’m sure their whole idea of what it means to be a sex offender will change when that happens. Statistically, the nationwide sex offender population is increasing with time, so this may not seem all that farfetched. And I’m sure with how complicated and stressful society is becoming, and with how mental illness is fairly prevalent (and growing) in American society, that will add to this likelihood that the same people so aggressive in assailing sex offenders, will one day themselves become targets of the sex offender registry. Ah, that would be ironic.

This is such useless advice. Even if the land was available, your town isn’t spending six or seven or eight figures (plus expensive annual maintenance, extra policing) for a new park. And starting a day care? You care that much about this neighbor that you’ll literally change your entire life trajectory to force him to move a few more blocks away? And the “call your legislator” stuff just feels tacked on. If you need a website to tell you who your elected government officials are, you’re not involved enough in local government anyway, and what could they do if you were?

I guess these soccer moms figure that if Family Watchdog can post derogatory info about offenders on their social media, then everyone else should be able too. Here in Minnesota, the state doesn’t publicly list except for the most hardcore. But these save the child websites somehow get away with listing out of state convictions. That should be illegal. If a state determines that you shouldn’t be listed, that law should apply to everyone–including the Karen crusaders

At first I thought this was an Onion article.

I will tell you how to get most PFR’s out ! Put an end to this registry and now the new free people can move away from all of those finger pointers ! then they can find something else to talk about , or watch their children rather than letting them play in traffic as they are reading their phones !
