A new state registry is meant to help parents look into the backgrounds of the people their children spend time with.
Last year, the Indiana State Legislature approved a child abuse registry, which became available in July. The registry, which is searchable by name, will provide information about everyone convicted of child abuse-related offense in Indiana from the past five years. Full Article

always crying poor in the “med”west yet always have money to create anything that allows people point out ones sin , to better kick them when their down , , and gossip about people , the story getting bigger all the way down the line , its for the children ! well if that’s the truth why not spend that money on better schools , so they can get better jobs and create less violence , but what would the state do with out the money the prisons generate from repression of its tax paying people IF THEY CAN GET A JOB , and live better in many cases than they ever have feeling honor/ pride/ “positive” being able to be the bread winner or what ever , have real choices , maybe even help others gain what they have , and pass that on to their kids rather than disappointment and fear of the boogieman ,
