Members are reporting receiving post cards from a Nevada based LLC called “Correctional Services Network of America” in the same style as “ClearMyCase”.

The company is using the Florida Sex Offender’s Registry as a marketing list to solicit vulnerable individuals, offering a “review” of their registration status for $299… a “savings” of $500 off their regular price of $899.00.

Of course they are! The Government should be held accountable for all personal and private damages encured upon them! Regardless of what defense the Government wants to claim! They Are Responsible!!! No doubts about it! they Are Guilty 1000%

I’ve traced down “Brent” which lead to “Chuck” also getting identified behind shady extortion websites. Now I have potentially identified a Bail Bondsman being more than just associated with the website in question.

I have posted a little bit of my findings on the FAC website, but it may not pass moderation due to the nature of the information being present and not being vetted, nor do I know the policies of the Florida Action Committee in allowing me to post the comment detailing what I have found thus far.

The committee would not be responsible for user-contributed content as I am the poster, not them. This means they are protected from liability for allow that information to be displayed. However, they can be asked to take down the information and under the rules of DMCA , they may be forced to comply.

It’s worth a shot to track down, identify, name and shame then sue this shady website business for potentially illegal practices.

If it keeps even one child safe, then I’m sure it’s not about the money! [sarcasm intended!] 😡

Dear Florida Action Committee
I noticed your post about correctional services network of america. I appreciate the great job you are doing in trying to help our community not be scammed. While I am sure there are some people out there who are trying to scam, I think you are very much mistaken about correctional services network of america. I hired their company about two years ago. I sent payment of $899.00 to the Las Vegas address after talking with a paralegal who did my intake. After sending payment, I received a receipt, release forms and a service agreement. Shortly after I returned the papers, a guy in New Mexico contacted me by phone and explained he worked with csna on contract and he would be assisting in my review. I was a little concerned, but went with it. I did not hear from anyone in over seven months, I was sure I had been scammed. Then one day I got a box from them with case laws and a written report of my review. I called csna as instructed and appointment was scheduled for someone to go over the review with me via phone. They told me I should not be on the registry. I found out I was given a deferred sentence and the judge set a period of time for me to register and that time had been up a few years ago. csna helped me get a copy of my probation discharge stating I had completed it successfully. We sent a copy of it and motion to court in Texas and waited. A month later, the sheriff department monitor called me in and advised I didn’t need to check in anymore. I could not believe it. csna did help get me off the registry. The one thing is sad and its not csna fault, once you are removed from the actual registry, there are other sites who will keep you on their sites.
Just wanted you to know in my opinion csna is not a scam. I am not saying they can help everyone, but they sure helped me.
