COALINGA, California. (KSEE/KGPE) – A Coalinga State Hospital employee accused of sexually abusing a child was arrested last week in Fresno County, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
The Sheriff’s Office confirmed Monday that Baltazar _______, Jr. was arrested by the Sanger Police Department on Wednesday, April 14 for lewd acts with a minor.
News from Coalinga State “Hospital:”
Mike St. Martin (Hosprisoner and erstwhile Spokesperson), called to tell me that the second in command of “sex offender” “treatment” in the “Hospital” was himself arrested recently and charged with 288(a) (or is it A?) which, to those of us living the California good life, is immediately recognizable as some kind of sexual somethingorother with kids under fourteen.
Another, former, staff member has also recently been charged with possession of c.p.
So, there’s that…
OTHER BIG NEWS: more than 20 men (out of a population of approximately 1300 Hosprisoners) have DIED from COVID-19 since the outbreak began. All of these men were infected by staff members (many of whom refused to wear masks) since no one else has been allowed in-or-out of the facility.
Please remember the Detainees/Hosprisoners always. If our situation on the outside is bad, imagine being locked away, having already served a term in prison, possibly for life (and never knowing if/when you will have a release date), just because the state just feels like it. That is reality in much of America today.
Amazing how being in the heart of the worst of the worst of what the registry does is still not enough to dissuade someone from committing these crimes. It’s almost as if excessive punishment doesn’t affect actual crime rates.
Stuff like this makes me wonder when some idiot will publish a report finding that simply being around “sex offenders” somehow turns “normal” people into one. I don’t even wnat to think about the kinds of laws they’d be hollering for in response.
Oh crap, how will this be spun to pin it on the people forced to stay Hotel California Treatment Center. Sounds like the people in charge need to be locked up; while the people who paid their debt released.
What a tangled web they’ve weaved for themselves.
Here’s the REAL question:
Did the Registry help in ANY way of catching the accused Coalinga State Hospital employee and protect the community’s children from sexual assault?
Obviously it’s a rhetorical question…
again this is no stranger is he judge
I wonder if she promised them favorable psych reports in return for sexual favors?? That would certainly be problematic for the civil commitment program.
This guy is the “behavioral specialist” at Colinga, who contributed to the use of Static 99 scam testing, Abel testing, penile plethysmograph, and other voodoo “sex offender” “sciences.”
I normally don’t wish ill upon people, but this is a bit of sweet irony.
Eventually, these disgusting sex offender laws, constitutional violations, ‘sciences,’ and “treatment” may reach onto the very government officials that created, administered, and profited from them.
Let them reap what they sowed.
Good thing the registry was there to help prevent this crime.. oh wait…
It’s hard to have any respect, whatsoever, for a lying and hypocritical government.
All the propaganda from schools and media, telling us about how “great” America was, seems to have all been a lie.
