After a make-out session at a campus nightspot, they went to Yu’s dorm room, where, by his account, they had sex that was not only consensual but mainly initiated by Walker, who reassured her inexperienced partner that she knew what to do. At some point, Yu’s roommate walked in on them; after he was gone, Yu says, Walker decided she wanted to stop, telling him it was too soon after her breakup with her previous boyfriend. She got dressed and left. Full Article

Wow, I feel terrible for the guy! Without knowing more, it sounds like the girl is all screwed up and in this case the man is the victim! During my legal issue 18 years ago, I can recall my attorney telling me the story of his prior client who was being offered 3-years if he plead to rape! Eventually, (his ex gf) the girls aunt came forward admitting they where together after the alleged incident, the girl had accused another ex bf who broke up with her and it was eventually found the girl was a flat out liar! He young man went through a year of hell with the court proceedings, put his family through hell and the monetary amount his family paid to defend him was about 15k! Terrible!
