My last glimmer of hope and someone wants to vex that too. Apparently the lottery is now considered an enabler. More likely they’re afraid a registrant might be able to afford some competent legal counsel.
Because of one person’s actions, they want to stick it to the rest! Total b.s.!
Sorry, but if this guy is re-offending this many times, maybe he should be off the streets. Meanwhile, for the rest of the one-time, low-level offenders, leave them alone IMHO.
