LUMBERTON, NC (WMBF) – Two half-brothers who were convicted for raping and killing an 11-year-old girl in North Carolina 30 years ago have been cleared of all charges and will be released from jail Tuesday night.

You Know I wish there was Even a Fraction of Effort twards Old Cases Ones that were unjust and illegal Even After the Time was served,, But No,, They go for ones that Are still in prison Duly So,,! However I feel there Would Be a Great # of cases that were tried & We Are still In Prison of sorts unjust-fully so….Twould be interesting to find Out How Many of us Were Convicted Unjustly & Falsely & A WHOLE lot MORE TRACTION in The Cause with those cases for stats…It is Called Cherry pickin’ They Go for the Easy ones Not the ones Buried so deep in Political & Family red tape of BS….These Cases Were A Point and scream case’s ,Not Dig till you get it cases..It’s There but WAY tooo Time consuming For the effort it would appear,,,IDK????
It supports DNA Testing that’s fer sure.Mabe a good thing for those truly interested in Justice…However DNA Can be Planted & transferred,,Lil bit of an issue in court I’m Sure
