Suppose you are in a legislature and your constituents live in an area dominated by a dying industry. Tax revenues are declining, roads are falling apart, public employees are leaving for better opportunities and school enrollment is declining as schools get worse and worse.
Real solutions to these problems are elusive. So in the absence of any real solution, politicians will pull out some nonsense like Halloween restrictions for sex offenders. They have no evidence (much less proof) that the restrictions have any utility, but there is no public safety purpose behind these restrictions. The restrictions serve only a political purpose for those who have no other ideas and no other real purpose in public office.
What we need is a more educated voting public who can see through these worthless politicians. This will all pass someday, but it’s going to take a effort to get it done.

Well With Janice & CA-RSOL Here it Shows other states tat what California Created Actually bein’ Held in Check by these Suits..Other States Should be doing the same & As For Cali The Root of Politically driven mental illness, Should be Addressed & it is a sickness WORSE than a RSO…Period!
