Sex offender sues city of Grover Beach

A Grover Beach man is suing the city, claiming its restrictions limiting where registered sex offenders can live are unconstitutional. The city attorney says the city will fight the lawsuit. … Bellucci and Lindsay filed the lawsuit against the city of Grover Beach on June 16.
