This article sounds sensible, bright and enlightened until the last paragraph; then you realize that this Brunello character, a community officer for Greenwood Schools is just another one blowing smoke out her as_. She talks about the kids as kids and talks about treating them as kids that will get slammed as an adult for doing what kids do.

This Brunello person and the state, (who is the “monster” here) and those that make these unconstitutional laws that do nothing to keep anyone safe and destroy lives (it’s unfathomable that anyone would do this to a school kid; or anyone for that matter; have they no conscious?) need to wake up and realize that sexuality is something inherent in every human being that awakens at different times in different people. All this (and much, much more) has been proven to be true by the plethora of empirical evidence readily available to those willing to use their brains instead of accepting myth and political hype as true.

I;m amazed that the states and some people have yet to see the obvious; that all these sex offender laws have thus far failed to do anything good or deliver the results stated by the proponents of these laws requiring people to register as a sex offender. The punitive mind set in this society needs to be abandoned for education. bring God back to our schools and public places and give the people back their moral compass.

Sexuality awakening in school kids is not a crime epidemic; it’s a normal part of being human and growing into adulthood. It’s up to the parent to teach their children how to deal with this aspect of growing up. If anyone fails to see that this whole mess has been created by the state legislating something that’s normal in everyone and blowing it way out of proportion then I don’t know what else to say.
