Can the Judge who signed off on the warrant be held liable too?

So a child being prosecuted as a sex criminal for texting is sexually victimized by the investigation? Tell me again how these laws protect our children?!

Charged in CP, HA!!! They should all be prosecuted for sexual assault on a minor and have the book thrown at them. That is absolutely insane that they could get away with that. There is no statute of limitations on it so I might even file a complaint in court demanding those involved be charged with sexual assault of a minor as well as CP, and no telling what else. I’m sure I could think of more charges but those two are solid convictions. These people need to start being held liable and the only way that is going is if the people start accessing the courts and making it happen…………………………………………………………..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am going to research this more because am pretty sure a civilian or citizen can prosecute or demand prosecutions. We have to start using their own tools, that were originally our tools, against their asssssessss and take back “OUR” country…..This is a sickening and grotesque miscarriage of justice and societal norms….They all need to go to jail if not prison just like the rest of us peasants would. Whenever these government officials are acting outside of their constitutional authority they are no longer immune from liability or prosecution. I just seen tonight that cop that shot that kid in the back and was acquitted of murder and all charges but somehow, I have to look into it more, was just sent to 20 years in prison for violating the dudes constitutional rights. That’s how it’s supposed to work… .

This is a very disturbing case and I do not know what is worse the warrants or the act but we have some “F”ed” up people with power who are WRONG.
