Wait, so if a registrant is grandfathered in and allowed to remain in his house, “The law holds sex offenders responsible for notifying the sheriff’s office in person every time a new child care facility opens up within 1,000 feet of where they live. Failure to do so within a week is a misdemeanor that can land an offender in jail for up to a year.”
So Betty Sue for doors down decides to open a child care in her house and it’s the registrant’s responsibility to notify the sheriff??? How the Hell is the registrant supposed to know Betty Sue – or anybody else for that matter – opens a child care facility within 1000 feet of his residence?? WTF?!

Proof that as lawmakers pile restriction on top of restriction, they in turn create a possible public safety hazard by complicating the police’s jobs and taking them away from actual duties.
Meanwhile, the local citizenry is nieve to the ” potential danger” they face because there is in fact, no actual danger! If these persons have fulfilled their responsibilities, then leave them ( US) alone.

Yet, another valid reason for the ex-post prohibition in Art1 sec9. None of the confusion would exist without the use of the ex post facto law by congress. That they overcame it with the whetterling act not withstanding. No reasonable conflict would ensue since a judge or magistrate put to paper ALL the duty owed by the convicted. When SCOTUS sold out the sex offender by upholding as valid the obvious violation, via the argument of Just-us Roberts, they sold out every American to advance the causes of big data and the surveillance state.

The registration regime is factually ” indenture”, to a machine, a state property. All law derives from property or notions of. That SCOTUS surely made review on obvious merit. Such a case is penultimate precisely because of the relationship impact upon individual liberty. Under the “Does'” implies this formula MACHINE NEED>HUMAN NEED=0[NULL].

This no human society nor government can survive.IMHO

OMG! I just this very moment struck upon an entirely unique, never-before-thought-of solution for LEO’s problem: End the f@#king Registries!!! 😡
Voila!! Problem solved!! Millions of taxpayers’ dollars saved!! And Constitutional freedoms restored to nearly a million marginalized U.S. citizens!!

Registries Are very dangerous to the USA and it’s People. Why ? Cause it can never protect anyone ever!!! Registries Are All About trying to have control ! AND you can never control Any one. Unless they our in jail or prison. Once you are (LET GO) in to society And you have payed your debt to Society! You should be free to live your life with No bonds!! Making useless laws to keep holding a person down will only cause the person to do other crimes which the so called law dumbass’ want! This is Very Very Unfair and does not give anyone a second chance to do good in our society! People do Make Mistakes! We all do!! Wish we all was Born with a Handbook of the do’s And don’t”S of life! But We don’t have this handbook. So the so-called lawmakers just listen to Bullshit and pass shit laws TO MAKE UP Drama And make people feel safe Which is Bullshit!! The tax payer is charged a huge tax on this useless reg that does nothing to keep your kid safe < hell in time your kid could be put on the registries too than you have our problem NO JOKE!!! If you think your Kid could not be on this evil train Ride Think Again!! The Registry Will NOT stop SEX Crimes EvER!!! Each Day a new child is born And as they grow up and get in to their NEED of making a new life and than told you did it wrong Hey you a sex offender now for life Yippee! but want i love But the laws that get passed is when the law makers kids get caught up in this sex Bullshit that be the day i will laugh my ass off then watch then back track to keep johnny out of jail keep passing laws asshole's
