Additional Comments / Description:

Boarded outbound plane in MIA and was later pulled off before takeoff. CBP and Dade Co deputies met me in the walkway and said I was being excluded by Colombia and there was no reason to travel down only to be denied entry at the POE. Had already spent 6 months there without issue in 2013 and 2015. Did not cause problems, no arrests, did not overstay.
