This article is so sad. I couldnt help but think of poor Kenneth French and his parents from Riverside, CA, who were all shot by an off duty LA police officer at a crowded Costco in Corona, CA. Although the situation at Costco did not include a registered person, I think we as a society needs to wake up and understand those intellectual disabilities can be taken advantage of by the system even more than the average person- who I believe are also the victims of police brutality and an unfair “justice” system.
A lot of this stuff gets covered up and it’s going to take a lot of pressure on the government to expose it.
Victim’s advocate claim underreported deviance in the disabled community. They actually attack both victim and perp via the process necessary. Each are exploited by both advocates and DOJ. Offenders of children with disabilities are especially despised. Those offenders are convicted through testimony by those whom fail to meet basic logic tests. Juries naturally lend benefit of the doubt to the complainant.
