What a shame that he could not control himself. However, parents let him teach their kids, so obviously, having him listed on the Hit List did nothing to prevent this…again. He is going to prison now, and that is the way it needs to get handled. If you do the crime, you do the time. Not, if you “might” do the crime you do the time.

Well Megan’s law didn’t prevent this guy from Committing his crimes.
All I can say is lock him up for a few years, that’ll give him time to think about what he did, that’s if he even did anything in the first place, for all we know someone could of got mad at him for whatever reason and made up accusations against him or maybe someone just didn’t wanna pay the remaining Balance on there kids guitar lessons or maybe some parent assumed something happened because of his past ether way he should of never put himself in a situation like that.
Like Michael Jackson for instance me personally I believe he was innocent BUT he put himself in a situation and in position where someone could easily make accusations against him and it worked Michael Jackson never fully recovered after that and we all know his death had a lot to do with being labeled a pedophile he couldn’t live with it

My heart goes out to the child, or children this man has harmed. No child should have to suffer this. I can only hope that he/she/they receive all the love and support needed to help him/her/them through this to a better life. This is always a tragedy…that breaks my heart.

Still worse is America’s acceptance of the inevitability of these events. We clearly do accept that, or we would do something to prevent them. Whatever we are doing, clearly is not working. Yet we continue to do exactly the same things year after year, decade after decade. So, we have obviously accepted that these things are unavoidable, and just hope it’s not a child we care about. Let some other kid take, “the hit”, then lock up the guilty party. That way the kids I love can be kept safe from the one that got to yours. Isn’t that how it actually works…when we’re not lying about it?

Preventing the crimes of tomorrow by arresting and incarcerating the people that committed the crimes of today in an endless cycle of failure. Thrive on failure, the American way!

Mind you everyone – that he is accused and not convicted – so let’s not jump into conclusions.

I have a hard time accepting the slants in this story. That the man did nothing wrong and was accused simply because he is a registrant still fits within the shaky parameters of this story.

To be honest, I find it a little disturbing that so many on this forum blindly accept as fact and are so quick to presume guilt based solely on the reporting of Patch, of all sources. There’s always more to any story than what is published, and the historical leaning of the reporters must be taken into account before giving it too much credence.

If only he’d murdered those kids when they were really young they’d have used words like “reproductive rights” or “late term abortion” and hailed him as a hero.
Touch a couple of tykes in their bathing suit area and they use terms like “monster” and “sick pervert,” and maybe he is, but I just don’t get the priorities in this Bizarro World.
