Frank Lindsay’s Health Continues to Improve

1/21/23 UPDATE: Frank Lindsay continues to heal outside the hospital. He requires oxygen 24/7 and is undergoing physical therapy. Frank received his tier assignment earlier this month and his petition for removal has been filed in the county where he resides. With luck and prayers, Frank will be off the registry as well as free from the use of oxygen tanks before the 4th of July.

Original post:

ACSOL leader Frank Lindsay’s health continues to improve although he remains hospitalized due to low oxygen levels. Frank was initially hospitalized after being diagnosed with both COVID and pneumonia. At one point in time, Frank was transferred to the hospital’s intensive care unit (ICU) and placed on a ventilator.

“Thanks to the thoughts and prayers of many people as well as great medical care, Frank is returning to good health,” stated ACSOL Executive Director Janice Bellucci. “We expect Frank to be discharged from the hospital during the next week or so.”

Frank is the author of the book, “We’re All in This Together,” which inspired the creation of ACSOL. He is 69 years old and an unvaccinated smoker of more than 50 years.

Fantastic news! Really glad to hear he’ll make a recovery and be home soon. I hope he’s able to get his tier designation soon and be off this hell-ride.

The DOJ has another month to get this done, right? I’m assuming ACSOL will likely file a lawsuit in the new year if the 24-month mark won’t be met?

In the scheme of things thats what matters most your health and sanity happy holiday if applicable.

That’s great news. I am so glad he is on the road to recovery. Just shows he is a fighter. Good things always happen to good people. Thanks for the update.
