Matching Grant Program: Frank’s Freedom Fund

The family of Frank Lindsay has donated $10,000 to the Family Safety Foundation for the purpose of a matching grant.  All donations made to this fund will be used to support ongoing and future litigation to help restore the rights of registrants and their families.

As a matching grant, the amount of $10,000 will be made available to the foundation if additional donations in that or a larger amount are made during the next 90 days.  The family recommends donations to the foundation in an amount that includes the number “44”, if possible, as that is the number of years Frank was required to register before his requirement to register was terminated.

Like many people, Frank’s conviction for a sex offense was his only conviction.  Also like many people, Frank was addicted to alcohol at the time of his offense.  Frank achieved sobriety shortly after his conviction and he has maintained sobriety for more than 40 years.

Donations to the Family Safety Foundation can be made by sending a check or other form of payment to 813 Harbor Boulevard, #171, West Sacramento, CA 95691.  Donations to the foundation can also be made by using the “Donate” button on the home page of the ACSOL website at www.all4consolaws.org.  If you choose to donate using the ACSOL website, please note on the memo line that your donation is for Frank’s Freedom Fund or just “FFF”.

Because the Family Safety Foundation has been recognized by both the federal and state governments as a charity, donations to that organization may be tax deductible.  The FEIN for the Family Safety Foundation is 45-5584737.

Great Cause, count me in!

Done – let’s get to $10k

👍🏻 I am mailing my “FFF” donation to FSF today! 😀🤗
Please help out everyone! 👍🏻

Done. Remember that every bit helps.

Done, $100!

I’m unemployed and old, but will do fourty-four for sure, via check to the W. Sac p.o. box. mailed an hour ago. Grazzi Frank, get off that O2, heal.

Many thanks to those who have already donated! We have received about $1,500 so far and that means we have $8,500 left to go. Please donate today if you can so that the foundation can do what needs to be done to restore the rights of registrants and their families. Donations can be made using the “Donate” button on this website or by sending payment to the Family Safety Foundation at 813 Harbor Boulevard, #171, West Sacramento, CA 95691.

Done!

There is good news to report! Frank’s Freedom Fund has received $5,200 which is a bit more than half of the matching funds needed. If you haven’t already donated to this good cause, please do so so that we can keep all of the original $10,000 donation. Thank you!

Thank you to EVERYONE who has donated to Frank’s Freedom Fund! Donations have reached the goal of matching the original $10,000 donation from Frank’s family. Every dollar donated will be used to challenge laws in federal and state courts that harm registrants and their families. It’s still possible to donate to Frank’s Freedom Fun so please add your donation when you can. The more donations received, the more lawsuits filed.
