CA: Yolo County sex offender granted compassionate release from state prison

A man serving a life sentence for child molestation will soon be released from prison in California.

In a KCRA 3 exclusive, the Yolo County District Attorney’s Office said 67-year-old Kevin ____ was approved for compassionate release Thursday.

Aiello said despite objections from her office and the victims of a child molestation case, Kevin  was granted compassionate release.

Ellis was sentenced to over 100 years to life in prison in 2014 and is now set to be released within 30 days.

According to the medical report from the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, Ellis is suffering from a non-curable form of cancer and has less than 6 months to live, which is part of why he qualifies for compassionate release.

i watch the news reel and half into it they decided to say he has six months to live, yet they preach and spread the fear of god into their audiences and it makes people to forget why hes getting a compassionate released , yet that ahole trump pardon the crazy magas

i watched the news reel and half way into the news cast they mention why he was granted compassionate released, he has six months to live, you would not have guessed that at the start of news cast instead they are preaching the fear of god and getting everyone up set, so the way the news people frame it the score is 1st place on fear and hate…. and last place with compassionate.yet the magas cpmplain about compassionate laws yet they kiss the ring to pardon 1600 people or more capital riots, the whole thing doesnt not make sense
