Action Alert: Registrants and supporters please take this survey on the effects of the registry and your unmet support needs

[Please consider taking this survey – Janice]

We at the Restorative Action Alliance (RAA) request that registrants and eligible loved ones take our Reentry Needs Survey.

We are an advocacy and support organization working to end cycles of sexual harm without relying on over-criminalization, inhumane incarceration practices, or the counterproductive registry regime.

This Reentry Needs Survey is open to individuals who are:

  • 18 years of age or older, and
  • Have experienced reentry after being convicted for a sexual offense or are currently required to register

Participation is completely voluntary and confidential. No identifying information will be shared, and responses will be used only in aggregate form to inform public education, policy advocacy, and the development of trauma-informed, community-based support services.

We deeply value the voices and insight of those directly impacted by these issues. By sharing their experiences, impacted people help us work toward a future rooted in human dignity, meaningful accountability, rehabilitation, restoration and real community safety for everyone.

This survey is designed to identify the needs of people who are reentering the community after being adjudicated and/or incarcerated for sexual offenses and who are subject to registry requirements.

Your response is appreciated and completely voluntary. All responses are confidential and will be used only in aggregate form to guide public education, policy reform, and support service development. No identifying information will be shared publicly.

Thank you for contributing your voice to this vital work.
