RIPON, Calif. —A Manteca police officer was arrested on Monday after he was charged with multiple sexual offenses, officials said.
The San Joaquin County District Attorney’s Office said Officer Ryan ___ was charged with oral copulation of an intoxicated person, digital penetration of an intoxicated person and assault with intent to commit a sexual offense.

Manteca police said now that criminal charges have been filed, it is proceeding with an “internal administrative process.”
The district attorney’s office said it is committed to ensuring that justice is served “through a fair and thorough judicial process.”
Another example of someone not on the registry committing a sex offense. I hope the DA and police don’t sweep this under the rug because a cop is involved. Since no one is above the law Ryan should be held accountable for his actions and face his punishment.
ACSOL created a stance not to post on people just arrested/charged which I agree with but now create a niche to [ACSOL is posting this to show an abuse of authority].
If that’s the case, this forum would have 100’s of articles a day. Those in authority also have the same rights others.
Since the registry isn’t punishment I’m sure Ryan isn’t worried about having a club membership from hell, compliance checks from cops, harassment from Karen and Daren McFear, and all the other situations that arise from the stain that is the registry.
