The police suspect the money has been routed to India. This is the fourth such arrest in three weeks, as Indian students have been arrested for targeting elderly Americans in fraud schemes. Operation Restore Justice: 205 Child Sex Abuse Offenders Arrested in FBI-led Nationwide Crackdown
