For some reason, it seems like a lot of politicians are now on TV and other media whining about how they need government protection at their homes in order to keep people from coming there to harass them and their families. Yet those same politicians are fine with the Hit Lists.
All Americans should be working against this. Those politicians waste piles of our money for their benefit. They don’t need to be wasting more. They intentionally put millions of Americans in mortal danger. As long as they are doing that, I can’t care about the safety of them or their families.
People who are listed on the Hit Lists paid for whatever they did. People who support the Hit Lists are harming people every single day. They are terrorists. I’m fine if they are forced to pay the consequences for that or if karma catches up to them. As long as people support hate and division, everyone will be affected.
Just want to ask if anyone has moved from CA to WA, and what their experience with WA was compared to CA. Bonus: what Tier were you in CA and what Level were you assigned in WA?
I am considering moving to WA as it seems that in larger counties, the leveling is less strict and there’s a chance to end up a Level 1.
Female Downers Grove, IL high school teacher is facing a serious number charges (~52) related to an alleged relationship with a male student over 20 months starting when they were 15 with a broken collarbone. Statistically speaking…you know the drill.
A New Jersey teacher was arrested for raping her 17 yr old male student. A gym teacher in Maryland was arrested for a sex crime. Two more examples of someone in a position of trust committing a sex offense, so tell how the New Jersey and Maryland registries protected those students. Oh wait, ” it failed.” and more reasons to abolish the registry
What Happened with this? ACSOL News Alert: $10,000 Challenge Grant Offered in Support of Improving Tiered Registry Law!
So what does this all mean? I’m kinda ignorant when it comes to court laws. Question can the state still push bill through the Senate and the house? Even when the state was granted a stay..what is the likelihood that can still happen..to me it would make sense.but who am I
Just an update or “heads up” in my neck of the woods.
Had a yearly compliance check the other day and the officer had a digital signature tablet instead of the regular clipboard to sign. You know, the ones FedEx and UPS have been using for a decade now. At first, I was dumbfounded and asked the officer about it and his reply was: “our office just received these the other day and we’re still not use to them.”
He was about 5 feet in front of me for like 20 seconds, which led me to believe he was attempting to take a picture without my consent even though he was holding the tablet vertical. I stepped sideways a bit out of it’s periphery and it seemed to upset him LOL. He knew I knew what was up.
Instead of signing my name, I just scratched a straight line across with my finger. When he turned to leave I told him: “Efficiency doesn’t mean efficacy.” He gave me a mean glare. LOL
United States Supreme Court to hear:
Issue: Whether criminal restitution under the Mandatory Victim Restitution Act is penal for purposes of the Constitution’s ex post facto clause.
Ellingburg v United States
Guy robed a bank, ordered to pay restitution. He says it’s ex post facto punishment because they changed the terms afterwards. Anyway case mentions smith vs doe quite a bit in the state brief.
BRIEF FOR PETITIONER
For the first time, I read about the 5 tests for ex post Facto punishment. One of the examples really struck me: “making the crime more severe….”
Many of us in CA lost our right to apply for a certificate of rehabilitation — to be removed from Registry –, after 10 years. Is that not making the crime more severe after conviction?
Any one here successfully petitioned and still kept it casual? Since so much info is still public on the net, how much of an advantage is a successful petition without it being shot down by vigilante groups? In short, when is a successful petition still successful?
Anthony Weiner is running for a City Council seat in NYC (paywall link). It’s a long shot, but I gotta respect him for getting out there and not caring what anyone says. It’s actually pretty inspirational.
NARSOL suit filed in Oklahoma over marked driver’s licenses June 24, 2025 NARSOL
I remember discussing this with @AJ here years ago and hoping for a new case there after the first one failed. Here it is and hopefully with lessons learned from the first OK DL case.
A jury in Maryland found a teacher not guilty of a sex crimes, so now residents are placing pink signs, ” We believe our girls.” What’s the point of a justice system when public opinion doesn’t like the outcome and demands a judge’s resignation.
I just wanted to speak on the whole proud boys thing, it’s unfortunate I can’t really say how I really feel because I’ll probably be moderated on this platform.
We should be able to speak freely even if we argue amongst each other we still all have good points and views even when trolling.
We can’t just sit back and accept and attack like that by another organization, I’m not talking about retaliation or anything but if they play dirty then we have play dirty for an example when they have an event we need to call and let the people know that registrants are going to show up in protest, whether we do or not doesn’t matter just the fear of a bunch of registers in front of their business will definitely get their event canceled.
I also feel we should be more political when it comes to the registry we’re literally fighting against politicians and people who are in some form of government.
We gotta change with the times if people on the registry don’t understand that then I don’t know what to say. Im in this fight with you guys even though I’m no longer on the registry but come on people you guys gotta at least fight back.
I was just listening to the June 21 online meeting and James, the CA defense attorney from down south, said that he was able to get two probation felonies involving wobblers, ( CA PC 311 CP violations) down to misdos and thus drop his clients from tier 3 to tier 1!
My probation felony involved 288.2, which was reduced to a misdo. Has something changed since a CA judge declined to allow felony 288.2 wobbler reductions to be moved to from Tier 3 to 1 last year?
Ex-baseball player receives suspended sentence after conviction of sexually abusing a 14-year-old girl (Yahoo.com Jun 26, 2025)
From the Dominican Republic…showing the differences between overseas and the US in their tolerance…
Trump’s DOJ just sued every federal judge in the state of Maryland. Time for ” daddy” to be put in a home and for all who enabled him be charged with elder abuse.
