Trump’s justice department issues directive to strip naturalized Americans of citizenship for criminal offenses

How long to the point of no return, you ask? Soon by the looks of it. What’s concerning is that it’s only been half-a-year and the framework for getting rid of all the undesirables is right on schedule. Just a matter of time before they circle back to us. Before you say “nonsense chicken little,” ask yourselves, do you actually trust the current sitting robes of SCOTUS to protect your God-given rights as a natural born citizen and to uphold them based on your forced to register status that is subject to change to pacify an extremist President?
My court date for registration termination has been delayed according to attorney. It has already passed through DA and 290 office. Am I being paranoid or could the delay be related to any SORNA ruling coming down the pike. I’m a tier 1 misdemeanor. My charge was State and not federal and as far as I can tell I don’t fall under their Tier 2/3 offenses. Zero issues since my initial arrest and as such qualify for the SORNA 10 yr termination.
For California Registrants wanting to cross-reference their CA penal code violation and tier with SORNA requirements, I found a great resource from 2024, produced by the US Dept. of Justice.

My PC violation is 288.2 (a) (2) distributing harmful material with the “intent” to seduce, nothing more. Is that the same as “attempt” or “conspiracy to commit” an additional sexual offense? Both seem pretty open-ended. Thanks, if anyone can help.
I am thinking of moving out of CA but not if SORNA will require my registration in every state at some point.
From the link:
In addition, California registers the following offenses, for which—without the commission of (or the attempt or conspiracy to commit) a sexual offense—SORNA does not require registration. However, registration of these offenses in no way disserves the purposes of SORNA’s requirements.
• Cal. Penal Code § 187 Murder while committing or attempting to commit certain sex offenses
• Cal. Penal Code § 220 Assault with intent to commit certain sex offenses
• Cal. Penal Code § 272 Contributing to delinquency of minors (where offense involves lewd or lascivious conduct)
• Cal. Penal Code § 288.2(a)(2) Distributing harmful material (where there are no depictions of minors engaged in sexual conduct)*
• Cal. Penal Code § 314 Indecent exposure • Cal. Penal Code § 653f(c) Solicitation to commit certain sex offenses
Thought this CATO Institute article: “Ellingburg v. United States Brief: Criminal Restitution Counts as Criminal Punishment” was interesting.
This is the case that the Supreme court will hear in the fall term. Anyway this friend of the court in favor of the defendant is asking for a wider scope of view that includes revisiting issues like sex-offense registration, monetary penalties, and civil asset forfeiture.

Everyone should watch a (somewhat old) episode of the Netflix show Black Mirror called “Shut Up and Dance.” (Season 3, Episode 3). I don’t want to give away the ending, but it’s extremely relevant for many of us here, and is one of the very few pieces of contemporary media that portray modern People Forced to Register (PFR) in a sympathetic light; furthermore, it makes those who hate us or exploit us the bad guys, the dangerous psychopaths. If we can get more things like this out there into the world, to show that we are actually more likely to be the victims of crime, rather than perpetrators, and that those who bark loudest about us are far more dangerous, we can really start changing hearts and minds.
We may have some “new friends” on the CA registry🤣
DHS investigating video allegedly showing immigration agents urinating in high school parking lothttps://www.cbsnews.com/losangeles/news/immigration-agents-urinating-pico-rivera-high-school-parking-lot/
On a tangent subject but still pertinent to the issues we are facing, a pardoned Jan 6th rioter was just arrested and indicted for promoting acts of violence against government agencies. From what I can tell from articles, this makes the 23rd rioter arrested subsequent to being pardoned. Their recidivism is way higher than ours!
Why is the registry free to use by whomever with an Internet connection?
It’s not a PSA, nor a legitimate public safety tool.
Anything of value costs money.
If they want to keep their precious registry, then the authorities should start charging an access FEE
An individual should have to PROVE with a utility bill that they do in fact live in the area they are “concerned” about. Say a radius of 3-5 miles or so.
Make THEM jump through hoops the same way we’re forced to!
Are alarm systems and security cameras free? Are thorough background checks free? Are guns free? Are smart door locks free? Is any security device actually free beyond a rock and a stick?
No.
I hear the phrase all the time that you can’t “put a price on safety.”
Now’s the chance for anyone that wants to know where we live to prove it.
Paying will show how concerned and sincere they are in their intent.
It’s time for them to pony up or shut up. I’m deadly serious.
Use THAT access fee money to run the registry instead of making US pay a yearly extortion fee.
Eliminate all the apps that are piggybacking of the “free” information and have it only accessible with Paypal or Venmo through official state-run sites.
It would cut down on 90% of the tabloid curiosity seekers, Karen troublemakers, telephone scams, vigilantes and other bad actors that wish to do us harm.
If society turly wants “one less thing to worry about in America” then you should have to pay for that. After all, society is always clamoring about how the registry is “needed and necessary.” Now is their chance to own it by funding it.

“You write about a couple of people having mentioned dictionaries as places where they found sexual content, and I just think that’s such a perfect detail because it gets out at how teenagers are going to find sexually oriented material no matter what lengths we go to to try and stop them. What does that tell us about our current efforts to restrict sexually oriented materials and how they’re doomed to fail? Things like efforts to remove books from libraries or check IDs for online porn in the name of stopping kids from seeing sexually-oriented stuff?

I went to a shooting range this weekend with a friend. 1st time there so had to show ID and they run a basic background check to look for any restrictions that would prohibit my entry. Nothing came up and was allowed in.
Can I assume that I don’t need to worry about fun purchases? Anyone with experience in this area feel free to chime in.
thx,
Any news on any of the positive changes that were brought up by CASOMB and ACSOL last year? I’m guessing that isn’t happening at the moment. And because we’ll be in mid-terms next year, we probably shouldn’t expect anything for another two years?
A few days ago I went in for my annual check in. The LE officer told me the county has received complaints of scams against registered people and then the LE officer handed me a paper where he typed some information concerning the scams. I was surprised that the county sheriff office actually took the scams against registered people seriously.
I responded I know if there is a warrant for my arrest that no one will call me but instead just come arrest me.
A few days ago I had my last annual check in as I am scheduled to be taken off the registry in less than 12 months. This got me wondering what could happen immediately before being taken off the registry based on my experience coming off deferred adjudication.
A week before I was scheduled to be released from deferred adjudication, I was mowing my yard and three sheriff vehicles pulled up (which had never happened before – only one car with only my registering officer ever came to my place). My registering officer and four other sheriff employees approached like they were ready to arrest me. My registering officer went through every single item required to be reported on my annual registration and asked me to provide to her the current information.
It was obvious to me my registering officer wanted to catch me providing information different than what I had provided at my last annual registration so she could have me arrested for not updating my registration information. After I answered all questions, I noticed she had a dejected look on her face as she realized she had no grounds to have me arrested. They all left and I thought what a b_tch for trying to put me in prison for a possible technical violation and not for any committed crime and thought what a waste of taxpayer money with 3 vehicles and 4 employees when they instead could be fighting the high crime rate in the county. I got off probation as scheduled with no extensions, no new charges, and no revocations. Not sure if I should expect the same sh_t when time to come off the registry.
Well congrats to the system. you got me for one more annual. these morons are dragging their feet so much that my birthday has come up and I will have to sit for 3 hrs in that crap hole they call a police waiting room, then get fingerprinted and photographed, AGAIN!
I am sure they have drug this out for one last shot at trying to get me for some BS infraction, like skipping the reg, or providing false info , or something equally as pathetic. not going to happen, though. 10 yrs of absolutely blemish less reg record, and I’m not going to stumble this close to the finish line. It is costing me though. If this drags out any longer I will have to expedite my new passport. that isn’t cheap. I was going to take the Zepher to New York and back, just to decompress after 10 yrs of this stress, but have a job waiting for me overseas. Sooner I’m off American soil, the quicker I can forget about this place.
I heard Epstein’s girlfriend is asking for a new trial since the Epstein list doesn’t exist according to AG Pam Bondi. Also heard President Trump is considering pardoning Epstein’s girlfriend, which I could see either happening.
So we already know the registry seems to be an act of war to divide and conquer the public but –

What is a simple definition of terrorism?
AI Overview
Terrorism is the use of violence or threats to intimidate or coerce a government, civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives. It’s a tactic aimed at creating fear and influencing behavior through acts of violence or intimidation.
Here’s a more detailed breakdown:
Violence or Threat of Violence:.Terrorism involves the actual use of violence or the credible threat of violence against people or property. Intimidation and Coercion:.The primary goal of terrorism is to instill fear and compel a target (government, population, etc.) to act in a certain way or to refrain from acting. Political or Social Objectives:.Terrorist acts are typically motivated by political, ideological, or social goals. Impact on Civilians:.Terrorism often targets civilians or non-combatants, even though the ultimate goal may be to influence a government or other entity. https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTWPNfQvgsKhsaD578D7SizRIEqGOvhbQV2B2dIF19Mlez_ylexTZQVy2TB&s
In essence, terrorism is a calculated use of violence to achieve specific aims by creating widespread fear and insecurity.
I do not like when politicians can adopt laws, statutes, ordinances, etc… that are unconstitutional and we are stuck with violated rights until a court agrees our rights are violated as usually our rights are violated for years. Politicians should be banned from adopting anything unconstitutional. Why should citizens pay money to enforce their constitutional rights? The transgressors should always be forced to personally pay for taking away constitutional rights – this might put a stop to that practice.
I do not like the fact that there needs to be a plaintiff who is harmed for an unconstitutional law, etc…to be brought to court. Anyone in any jurisdiction should be able to petition a court to address the issue of an unconstitutional law, etc… as in my opinion, everyone in the US is harmed when there is any unconstitutional act by any government. Why do the people in government think they can take away our constitutional rights?
As a journalist friend of mine once stated on public record before the city council of which I witnessed, “I am not standing here to tell you how you almost never consider the consequences of the decisions you make, I am not standing here to tell you that most decisions you make are stupid and I am not standing here to tell you that many of your decisions are unnecessary. I am standing here asking you to do only one thing – follow the law when you make your unthoughtful, unnecessary and stupid decisions.” I agree with my friend 100% on his statement.
If I obstruct government from obtaining evidence of sex crimes, I most likely will be put in prison. So please explain to me why “Christian Moses” Mike should not be in prison for calling a recess to stop a vote to subpoena a person who has knowledge of sex crimes.
It is all about protecting the children…bullsh_t…
Help me understand why ACSOL, NARSOL or any other organization can’t file a lawsuit regarding the PFR registry. Here is a short Recap again. The registry only exists because it was erroneously assumed that PFRs have a high and frightening re-offense rate. This has long been debunked and deemed untrue. So, why can’t we revisit the need for the registry again with the emphasis that the re-offense rate is NOT frightening and high. It was enough to establish the registry due to this untrue “fact”, so it should be just as easy to abolish it now that this no longer holds true. Secondly, the phrases “for public safety” and “if it saves just one child” should be re-considered. Only PFRS are put on a registry to “protect” the public and the children, yet there are hundreds of other offenses that also harm the public. Not that I would ever advocate for a registry for other offenses, but if only one group is put on a registry, it is considered discrimination and it is against equal rights protection. Thirdly, they are saying the registry is not punishment, yet this was due to a decision when the registry did not require in-person registration. Now, it not only requires in-person visits, it has since exploded with more and more restrictions and disabilities and it nothing like it was when Smith vs Doe deemed it not punishment. All this HAS to be re-visited. When things change, laws need to also change. I am willing to donate if a lawsuit were to come to fruition. Enough is enough. Most PFRs have been offense free for decades, have earned an expungement, etc. There is no need to keep anyone on any registry, especially if they have served their time, got their record expunged, and have not re-offended.
Pentagon tightens rules on getting medical waivers to join the military
Looking up the word “paraphilic” brings up:
Merck Manuals: Overview of Paraphilias and Paraphilic Disorders
Paraphilic: “Paraphilic disorders are recurrent, intense, sexually arousing fantasies, urges, or behaviors that are distressing or disabling and that involve inanimate objects, children or nonconsenting adults, or suffering or humiliation of the person or a partner, with the potential to cause harm.”
So, use a dildo and you can’t join the US military?
I don’t know if people are familiar with the reddit support group for PFR. Last night, I got kicked off it again after being accused of “victim blaming.” All I did was respond to someone who felt I was “minimizing” my offense because I compared my punishment of getting 3 years in prison for looking at pictures, to someone in my prison unit who stabbed his wife in the heart and got paroled by the governor. This person thought 40 years in prison was enough for murder, and I was lucky to get 3 years for possession. I corrected him/her on the fact that I wouldn’t have gotten 3 years in almost any other state, because Wisconsin has the harshest (as well as Arizona) mandatory minimum possession law in the nation. This person went on to tell me I need to be educated, and the “mods” might help me. I said have at it…..but I’m going to always speak my mind. You can’t stifle my speech. 😉 Yeah, that reddit group is nothing but an echo chamber for victims & perpetrators. I don’t want to be around whining victims that want to cut off my speech. They’re heads would explode if they came to this forum, because they would get checked by my family real quick! 😁
