Fresno County Supervisor Garry Bredefeld stated recently on a radio talk show that registrants should first be convicted, then executed. The supervisor made this comment about 15 minutes and 20 minutes into a lengthy interview about a Fresno county ordinance that would limit the number of registrants who can live in a single family home. During the interview, the county supervisor also stated that he would love to “ban, ban all sex offender housing” in Fresno county. He added that he believes that registrants who become homeless should be sent back to prison.
The Fresno County Board of Supervisors had its first reading of the ordinance in question on December 9. The board passed the ordinance on that date. The board of supervisors is scheduled to conduct a second reading of the ordinance on January 6 and if the ordinance is passed on that date, the ordinance would become effective 30 days later.
The interview included participation by Dawn Coyle, who works with her husband John Coyle, to provide housing for registrants as well as other justice involved individuals. Her participation starts at about 22 minutes and 40 seconds in that talk show using the link below. Mr. and Mrs. Coyle have operated Centers for Living, a non-profit organization, since 2019 in Fresno county. She said the operations of the non-profit will be harmed if the county ordinance is passed.

This self-aggrandizing a** wipe is all over social media. I suggest calling him out on LinkedIn, X, Insta, whatever. Let him know that many registrants are women, children and victims of child abuse and ask if those people should be executed and, if so, by whom, him?
God Bless the Coyle’s for what they are doing. I need to figure out how I can donate to them. As far as Bredefeld goes, unfortunately there are a lot of people who share his views.

It kinda always happens that way.
I emailed him and pointed out that he wants to execute children as young as 10 yrs old. That the DUI, Drug and car theft conviction recidivism rate in his district are all more than triple that of HRSOs in a 3 yr period. That if he executed every constituent that committed a sex offense by getting their underage girlfriend pregnant, the local high schools would be only at 1/2 capacity.
