I read this below in the FAC lawsuit and immediately thought of the IL loitering statutes, which according to the statement below, violates the Due Process Clause of the 14th Amendment.

[T]he freedom to loiter for innocent purposes is part of the ‘liberty’ protected by the
Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.” Id. at 53. Thus, a law
that forbids “loitering [that is] harmless and innocent . . . is an unjustified
impairment of liberty.” Id. at 58.
140. For this reason, “laws that do not join the term ‘loitering’ with a
second specific element of the crime” requiring a distinct “overt act” eviden-
cing a “criminal intent” are generally unconstitutional. Id. at 57–58.
