Just returned from Europe.

Zero issues entering Germany. Passport control took 2 minutes and concluded with a pleasant “welcome to Germany!”

Departed Paris using the new E-gates passport control system. Again, zero issues.

Now for the interesting part: arrived into Washington Dulles expecting the usual secondary inspection after they scan my passport. In fact, every single time I’ve returned to the US, they swipe my passport, stare at the screen, and send me to secondary.

This time around, she swiped my passport and welcomed me home. No secondary for the first time ever.

No, I don’t have the dreaded passport statement. I do know I have an INTERPOL Green notice as a Mexican immigration official informed of this when I tried entering Cabo.

is Cape Town SA out of the question?

I don’t have a marked passport nor appear on a registry but I have a conviction involving a minor from 30 years ago.

going through a third country??

Hi everyone,

I have a question about applying for a US passport. If one is no longer required to register in their respective state, are they also no longer considered a covered SO under International Meagans Law when it comes to the passport identifier?

Has anyone been approved for Global Entry (post conviction)?

No longer a registrant as of 2022. Thank you, Janice! Successfully traveled to Japan and Philippines for business and vacation in January 2026. Passport applied for in 2025 does not have any markers. Zero issues. The ability to move about freely is a wonderful experience.

🇬🇧 Question to all: Has anyone who has been removed from all registries and now has an unmarked passport been able to enter Great Britain? I’m also wondering how that is going to change now that all Americans will need to complete a British “ETA” (pre-travel visa registration) to enter England. 🇬🇧

Hi, I was watching Mr. Whitsett’s live session with the president of W.A.R. It was very interesting and informative, and Steve was eloquent as usual. But what really sruck me was a Latino member of his group who was deported from the US back to Peru. He said that despite his sex offense and marked passport, he has had an easy time getry out…given that the rest of South America is practicall off limitstting into Boiliva. Plus they just reversed the visa policy for Americans who now get to stay in the country for 90 days. Bolivia would be an interesting country to

I am a tier 1 person (misdemeanor 311.11a California January 2017 and, yes, I know that’s not possible. My plea arrangement was reached in November 2016, and I had a VERY good lawyer. I may be the last person ever to receive a misdemeanor possession conviction here, for which I am eternally grateful). I am assigned to tier 1, so I will be able to petition for removal in January of 2027. Upon receiving proof of my relief of requirement to register (presumably sometime in the first half of 2027) I wish to leave this god awful cesspool of a country never to return.

I have avoided getting a passport for 9 years because I didn’t want to look at one with the marking. I was hoping the first booklet I receive would be free of it, bc I’ve patiently waited. Now I am concerned that if I don’t get a passport immediately, I may not be able to get one at all in 2027. The political situation is so volatile. The pedophile cabal in power now may throw us PFR to the wolves as a distraction from their crimes. I fear that people with marked passports may be put on no fly lists.

Should I continue to wait until 2027 and risk never being able to get a passport at all, or should I get a marked passport immediately knowing that there is a possibility that the mark may never be removed?

Have any former RSO been able to take a cruise with Virgin departing from a US port?

I am interested in a cruise with stops in the Dominican Republic and a couple of other islands.

what are the risks? being denied boarding? being arrested when trying to get off the boat in the DR?

@Atwo Zee or anyone else can help please

Reg International Travel
MN state dow not particiapte in SORNA requirement of reporting 21 days advane travel notice. I checked online that MN state does follow some SORNA regulation but 21 day notice travel reporting it does not follow.

So If I travel internationally should I just just inform local MN police and registration office or any federal organization also.

Just read from the Washington Post a reporter there tried the new online passport renewal service and received her new passport within 17 days. If forced to register, I have no idea whether this process can be used as I have not attempted to use. Maybe someone here and who is forced to register could tell us his/her experience. But if off the registry, definitely seems like the way to go.

But I am wondering now that the fascist federal government has a database of “domestic terrorists”, that is those who protest the government or who are antifa (anti-fascist and support democracy vs fascism), can use this process or can even obtain a passport renewal. That is why in future protests I will be wearing a mask and not taking my phone as I do not want the gov using technology to see who I am and to put me into their fascist database.
