A generous and anonymous donor has pledged up to $5,000 for a matching grant program in support of two important lawsuits.
One lawsuit will challenge an ordinance recently adopted by Fresno County that limits the number of registrants that can live in a home. This lawsuit will include an application for a temporary restraining order (TRO).
The second lawsuit will challenge the failure of the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR’s) to fully implement recently issued treatment regulations. The regulations were issued in settlement of an earlier lawsuit challenging CDCR treatment policies that prevented most registrants from early discharge from parole.
Donations can be made on the right side of any page of the ACSOL website at http://www.all4consolaws.org or by mail at

Every donation will be matched dollar for dollar up to the pledged amount of $5,000. It’s also possible that the donor will add to their pledge if donations exceed $5,000.
Thank you for helping us make change!

Please please please donate to this cause. The success of this lawsuit would change so many lives for registrants on parole. The support ACSOL could have after this win, would immensely increase by hundreds, if not even more! Please donate anything!
