It has been both amazing and dismaying to see the large number of delays in this hearing. All of the documents for this hearing were filed about a year ago. It is difficult to understand why the court continues to delay the hearing which of course delays the court’s decision. We can only hope that in the end the court will make the right decision, perhaps expanding beyond California the existing preliminary injunction.

As expected.

and what’s the excuse this time?

“perhaps expanding beyond California the existing preliminary injunction.”
Or at least making it permanent in California.

So after asking 5 different AI sources and research against the SCOTUS federal injunction ruling, the judge can issue this nationwide, however, the DoJ can EASILY appeal this to apply to ONLY the Does involved.

Unless the DoJ adds this to the “consideration” factors of cases that they make alterations to SORNA factors, this case is dead except maybe California only.
