Person in a position of trust again who is in the >95% and not on the registry…

Another fine example of how the Registry didn’t protect this child from abuse. When will the public wake up and realize that Stranger Dangers are rare and the ones guilty of abusing are overwhelmingly – by a vast margin – known to the victim and their family?

Well, that’s disturbing. It appears that they almost got away with it.

Ex-Police Chief Brent Getz Sentenced for Raping Child

Tim, look at it this way. Yes the bible says all lie… Lets say you got cheated out of a bag of dope or say even money laundering. What would be the worst. Counterfeiting or the dope deal. Sure this registry has its pro’s and cons but what is the percentage of online encounters as compared to actual encounters with a child.

Even that child could of been in some type of police program but the fact is….. when one is in a position of trust than like Janice said the punishment should fit the crime.. Lying is one thing but deceiving is another. Buy a cake at a bakery and I’m sure one doesn’t expect it to have metal shard’s in it or a file…. This SORNA issue is a bit vain in and of itself but they even had types of rape’s in the bible, even during the civil war era.
