SAN DIEGO – Six weeks after the son of a San Diego police captain was accused of sexual assault, battery and vandalism, he had yet to step foot into jail. An arrest warrant was issued for 23-year-old Alex Guaderrama Friday by the San Diego City Attorney Jan Goldsmith.
