This is absurd!!! This is basically saying that if the accused had a prior accusation that turned out to be completely false, it can still be used against him in a current case!
Wow, I was under the impression that the prosecution had to get EVIDENCE to convict someone. Now, it seems that it’s ok to use heresy to convict. Now anything (literally ANYTHING) someone else says WILL be used against you in a court of law.
What in the HELL is wrong with this country?!
