Sex offender laws loosened

Three cities in San Diego County repealed their laws restricting sex offender access to city parks and schools last year, and one is still working to resolve a lawsuit filed over the now defunct rules.

La Mesa, Santee, National City and more than 70 other cities across the state received letters last Spring warning them they could be sued if they didn’t rescind their rules barring registered sex offenders from certain city spaces. Full Article

Mr. Lindsay, you are a hero, my friend.

Mainstream media yet again not reporting the news. The laws weren’t loosened as if they were a law that is needed, the law in place was ruled unconstitutional. Some day I wish I could sit in front of these people and just give them an earful on how their “educated” butts are a bunch of ignorant fools.

When I paroled my agent allowed me to sleep in my van outside my house because I registered transit, as of today I have a new agent and she says that I’m no longer to sleep in the van near the house. I’m not sure what to do, she said that I have to keep moving every two hours or else she would violate me. Please help.

i was convicted in federal court of child porno in 2009, iive in Calif. and federal judge said i didn’t have to register. living here the D.O.J said it didn’t matter because it read as a “FOREIGN CONVICTION” so living here in Ca. I have registered all these years. My question to your legal dept is, can i qualify for the “amnesty hearing for Californians( living here for 50 years) to get off the registration requirements, or because of a “FOREIGN CoONVICTION” cannot qualify. If not what do i do?
