Mainstream media yet again not reporting the news. The laws weren’t loosened as if they were a law that is needed, the law in place was ruled unconstitutional. When I paroled my agent allowed me to sleep in my van outside my house because I registered transit, as of today I have a new agent and she says that I’m no longer to sleep in the van near the house. I’m not sure what to do, she said that I have to keep moving every two hours or else she would violate me. Please help.
i was convicted in federal court of child porno in 2009, iive in Calif. and federal judge said i didn’t have to register. living here the D.O.J said it didn’t matter because it read as a “FOREIGN CONVICTION” so living here in Ca. I have registered all these years. My question to your legal dept is, can i qualify for the “amnesty hearing for Californians( living here for 50 years) to get off the registration requirements, or because of a “FOREIGN CoONVICTION” cannot qualify. If not what do i do?
