Pot use leads to heroin use and garage sales leads to sexual assaults. Makes clear sense to me. Why did it take so long for them to figure this out? Lol
Many communities regulate the amount of garage sales to prevent them from turning into ad hoc flea markets, which detoiate the quality of life in a neighborhood. The fact that they had to use a sexual assault as a reason to implement the new regulations are indicative of a cowardly city council and mayor, who do want to do the nuts and bolts of proper community governance. In short, they are scared of financial backers more than the citizens.
