Well, many have warned here that this moral panic is going to bleed out and infect the liberties of more than people on the registry, their friends and their families. Here we have it infecting an entire community. Stay tuned.

Do they really think that will make society safer????????????? come on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The city that I live in, limits yard sales to four per years as part of zoning. How did they come with the magic number of 3 sales per year to manage sexual assults? What are these loonies smoking or drinking?

Pot use leads to heroin use and garage sales leads to sexual assaults. Makes clear sense to me. Why did it take so long for them to figure this out? Lol

It sound like that the city leadership need to stay away from yard sales, for the best protection of all. There is something that is effecting their brains, it maybe the indoor air at city hall.

Many communities regulate the amount of garage sales to prevent them from turning into ad hoc flea markets, which detoiate the quality of life in a neighborhood. The fact that they had to use a sexual assault as a reason to implement the new regulations are indicative of a cowardly city council and mayor, who do want to do the nuts and bolts of proper community governance. In short, they are scared of financial backers more than the citizens.
