This is definitely the Bellucci Principle in action. Virtually every decision outside of California has in fact referenced California’s easing of laws, which of course is a direct result of CA RSOL’s Janice Bellucci. I hereby christen the term as such.

Are you listening Mr & Mrs Runner? This is talking about those of us that are forced to register under 290. Did you know you are harming children and entire groups of innocents too Mr & Mrs Runner?

” the days are long since past when whole communities of persons, such as Native Americans and Japanese-Americans, may be lawfully banished from our midst,” the court wrote.”

Continued rhetoric, lies and other distortions are already planned by the haters.

Why couldn’t we get one dose of truth from them rather than constant denial from an abyss of humanity that orchestrates ex post facto punishment and arbitrary removal of constitutional rights of registrants.

I guess it is too far too complex of a problem for the Runners’ in order for them to see the outright damage done to the innocent children of registrants. Family values (NOT!) Can’t see the forest (damage) for the trees (votes)…

The only apparent truth here is that they are demagogues and using are every lie to ensure they keep the voters uninformed and stay elected at the same time.

Somewhere amidst all of this is conspiracy to violate the constitutional rights of registrants. How in anyone’s mind do these add up to worthy public servants?

Coffee, donuts and tough on crime drool is apparently a winning combo even if it is served with a heaping helping of lies.
