Even though he was acquitted, let’s throw his mugshot at the top of the story anyway (because despite what a jury of his peers said, we all know he’s guilty, right??)
Now no matter where he goes, when someone Google’s his name it will show he was trying to get a prostitute and was charged for trying to get with a 14 year old along with his picture, education credentials and everything.
About as bad as being on the registry itself. Especially If he goes back to Korea. Where you need to include a picture with your resume and they do google you and look at all your social media.
I’m confused. Was the PD promoting the girl was a prostitute? Is prostitution legal in AL?
In a related story, the DA’s office, law enforcement and media are pulling all stops to ensure this man and his family’s lives are salvaged successfully and that this dark moment will be forever put behind him so that he might move on as though it never happened.
Just kidding. He’s screwed.
WOW…I commend this guy for fighting this case and not taking a plea. I hope ALL of the other defendants fight their cases and win! Maybe the public (the jury pool) are starting to see the light. I can hope anyway.
