Source: ibtimes.sg 5/6/23

School officials and the Jacksonville Beach Police are investigating a situation at Fletcher Middle School that allegedly involves an explicit video that shows two students having sex.

Officials say the video was sent out to via AirDrop and text messaging apps, popping up on the cell phones of their peers at the school.

Principal Joe McKenzie called parents to inform them of the incident this week. “We’ve recently learned that someone shared an inappropriate, obscene video with students via text message and Airdrop,” McKenzie said, in part.

Y’know, if they AirDropped this crap onto the email accounts of everyone in the world, especially lawmakers, law enforcement officers, DOJ officials, etc., then what?? Are they going to prosecute everyone in the world, including themselves???
(What am I thinking – they’d just redirect their focus on beating up gay guys cruising public bathrooms, wouldn’t they? 🙄😒)

With all the millions of K-12 school kids out there sexting, videoing, fondling, etc., it must be an avalanche of these “offenses” that law enforcement must be trying to follow, chase, investigate, charge, prosecute, etc. 😒

Well, the LEOs et alia won’t get any sympathy from me, that’s for damn sure!! 😠

Someone somewhere had better fully investigate this to find out who groomed these children. Per the narrative of those behind the registry, a child is incapable of sexual urges, exploration or anything else having to do with their bodies. So, go investigate and let’s find someone we can throw some charges at and get them on the registry! Then we can all pat ourselves on the back for a job well done….for protecting those kids from…. Those kids… Themselves. It’s a clown world, I swear.

So if the kids in the video and the one who filmed it and the ones who watched it are all child sex offenders, will Florida follow it’s draconian treatment of child sex offender and execute all of them??
I mean, they might as well since those same crazy Florida lawmakers swear that sex offenders can’t be successfully treated or rehabilitated, their reoffense rate is frightening and high, etc. If that’s their truth, then it’s just too late and those poor children can’t be saved. 😩

Will those students and others who viewed the video be charged with CP? We must protect children from themselves and how dare they explore their sexuality. Another example of someone not on the registry committing a sex crime, so the registry fails again.

And I’m sure they’ll charge these kids with possession and distribution of child porn and put them on the registry, branding them a danger for life instead of counseling them on how inappropriate this was.

These stories make my blood boil because of what they do to children.

It’s really crazy to me that there are any adults that find it appropriate to charge children / very young teens at middle school age for crimes that have serious penalties and lifelong consequences. The adults that make these laws and those apply them to children like this are much much worse for society than what the this kids have done. Any adult who thinks this should be the one spending a lifetime in prison for ruining children’s lives.

It’s not just sex offenses done by children either that make me so angry. These days the schools are quick to involve police who charge children with crimes for anything and everything no matter how seemingly minor what they have done is. I’ve seen kids charged with felonies for things that are essentially harmless (not even remotely sexual) pranks that people did all the time when I was in school. WTF is wrong with law enforcement and the adults that run schools to choose to do these kinds of things to children?

To be sure, middle school kids should not be taking sex videos of each other and sharing them. The kids involved should have appropriate consequences but criminal consequences that ruin the rest of their lives is not it.

Okay…Floridian’s, politician’s and it’s Governor let the executions begin.

As kids grow up they will explore their sexuality and I think it’s important for adults to have a honest discussion about sex, however sex is a taboo and when kids do something sexual the whole world goes mad. Should they be arrested, convicted, and put on the registry. I’d hate to be a kid today and it’s crazy that a lot of the registry supporters would be on the registry themselves if today’s laws were on the books when they grew up.

Problematic for the so-called “justice system”!! And I can only laugh at the LEOs, the DAs, the judges, etc. 🤣🤣🤣

(Oh, the good old days….. When I was 6 years old, playing with matches 🔥 was the most horrific of offenses. Thank you, God! 🙏🏻)

What I don’t understand if two minors have sex they can be tried as adults. So are they minors or adults? If they are considered adults then how is it cp? Or am I just missing something? You are a minor unless it’s criminal? Society doesn’t make any sense!!!

I read an article a few months ago about a school in Missouri that prohibited kids from having phones in school partly because they were filming themselves in school bathrooms. So, yeah, I’d believe this type of thing is not unusual.

Has the Florida Govenor or his staff seen this media report? If not perhaps someone better educate him on the law he just signed pertaining to execution of sexual abusers of children.
